The context

The law is coming. The only question is when — not if.

Organisations that wait until everything is settled will have little time left. Those who get their pay data in order now run no risk.

Scattered pay data

Pay data lives in different systems. There's no coherent picture.

No objective explanation

Differences exist, but there's no method to explain them reproducibly.

No audit-proof record

If asked, you can't demonstrate how you reached your conclusions.

What we do

We take pay analysis off your hands.

You supply the pay data; we handle the analysis, the substantiation, and the reporting.

You supply, we analyse

We calculate pay differences according to the directive. You build no models.

We explain

We test which part is objectively explainable and which part needs attention.

We report

You receive a clear report: compliant, substantiated and explainable.

What we need from you

A confidential overview of roles, salaries and a few characteristics. We guide you through supplying it.

What you get

A report that holds up in any boardroom.

Not raw figures, but a finished document with context, substantiation and next steps.

Example — this is what your report looks like. Illustrative, with fictional figures.

What you receive

  • A clear report: compliant, substantiated and explainable — ready to use with the board, works council and regulator.
  • An executive summary: your pay equity on a single page, for leadership and the board.
  • Audit trail and traceable method — if asked, you can demonstrate how you reached your conclusions.
Who it's for

One report, for everyone who needs to act on it.

HR

Substantiation for policy and conversations, without having to do the maths yourself.

Legal & compliance

Demonstrable compliance with the directive, with audit trail and traceable method.

Executive board

Know at a glance where you stand and what needs to happen.

Data & security

Your pay data deserves careful handling.

We understand that sharing salary data requires trust. Below is how we handle it.

Where is the data stored?

Within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Retention period and deletion

Deleted after the analysis is complete, unless otherwise agreed. Exact terms are set per engagement.

Data processing agreement

Yes — a standard part of every engagement, available on request.

Who has access?

Only staff directly involved in your analysis.

Sub-processors

Vercel (hosting) and Web3Forms (contact form) for the website; any sub-processors for the analysis itself are named in the data processing agreement.

GDPR legal basis

Performance of the contract with you as a client — we process as a processor on your instructions (GDPR Art. 28).
